This design for a nuclear powered heavy-lift vehicle makes was too much sense. We can assume that almost all of the 'green' groups would have an instant, knee-jerk reaction to fight it though.

Unfortunately, NASA probably won't want to deal with this contractor, but I think Bigelow Aerospace and other private industry types are going to be beating on their door. A new space suit has been a critical need ever since the first shuttle flights and yet NASA still hasn't focused on it. We will get colonies and factories in space and on the moon when they stop sending Drs, Engineers and Military Officers and start sending construction workers and Sergants.

Elon Musk Is betting a not-inconsiderable Fortune on a being able to resupply the ISS and run similar missions between 2010 and 2015. It is quite possible he will do it.
